Fees
The determination of fees will be discussed together, transparently, from the first appointment.
Each case will result in the signing of a fee agreement determining the scope of work to be performed and specifying your financial commitment.
I can intervene under legal aid when the situation of the client justifies it.
The amount of fees can be fixed, depending on the case, either as a flat rate or based on the time spent at an hourly rate defined in the fee agreement. In the case of a success fee, it is added to the time-based fee provided for in the fee agreement; the exclusive remuneration of the lawyer in the form of a success fee is strictly prohibited by the ethical rules of the profession.
